For example our pistachio gelato is made with the finest Italian Bronte pistachio, a nut that is the purest and silkiest in the market. Grown in the mountain regions of Sicily it is known as green gold.
In the ever popular hazelnut spread gelato we use the sweet and nutty Diamante nut, or diamond hazelnut. Grown in the foothills of the alps this nut is grown naturally and cultivated sustainably once a year for peak flavor.

Our selection of flavors is divided in three signature collections: Classic, Premium and Gourmet.
Classic: our classic collection are our most popular flavors, enjoyed by many generations of gelato lovers and are the purest flavors to produce.
Premium: Premium flavors are crafted with condiments such as cookies, fruit preserves and different variegatos or toppings. These flavors offer unique texture contrasts and mouthfeel inside our silky gelato.
Gourmet: Our coveted gourmet collection is made up of one of a kind flavors crafted with sourced nuts, beans and ingredients of origin, meaning that these gourmet flavors you will not find anywhere else. We add our own name brand flavors that have won top prizes in gelato festivals all over the United States. These flavors are thought out and hand crafted by our very own award-winning pastry chef, Ezequiel Gomez.
